OPENING HOURS

Our opening hours for admission and collection are:

These hours allow us to maintain a settled routine which your dog understands. It means unfamiliar faces arriving throughout the day are not continually disturbing them.

Closure: Gates are locked strictly at 6pm.

Emergencies: We will accommodate customers at different hours in an emergency e.g. medical situation. (Please Note: Delays to homeward bound flights, sailings etc do not constitute an emergency.)

Bookings: Telephone enquiries/bookings should be made between 8am and 8pm. In the case of an emergency outside of these hours please send a text marked ”urgent” to our mobile number and we will get straight back to you.

For first time bookings and information, please contact us by telephone. There are important details we need to take from you and where possible, we would also like to arrange a viewing prior to your dog’s stay.
